We need your support to reach our goal of raising $10,000 before the end of the year.

Mental health is a basic human right, and yet so many individuals right here, in Connecticut, do not have access to the care or resources that they need. In Connecticut, there are 531,000 adults that have a mental health condition. Nearly a quarter of individuals in the U.S. who seek care report that they cannot get treatment. Barriers to access to care include lack of awareness, social stigma, high cost (lack of insurance or low socio-economic status), and limited options.

At Mental Health Connecticut, we partner with individuals, families, and communities to create environments that support long-term health and wellness. We reach individuals from under-resourced communities and act as a safety net for countless. Daily, we serve 1,000+ individuals and focus on:

Providing life-changing, high-quality services for individuals experiencing mental health conditions
Conducting homeless outreach, diversion, and rapid re-housing
Offering free public wellbeing workshops and events
Advocating for mental health services and encouraging communities to do the same
