This Giving Tuesday and holiday season, I am supporting Mental Health Connecticut by creating a fundraiser to support their work and help them get closer to their vision of community-wide wellbeing. Mental Health Connecticut partners with individuals, families, and communities to create environments that support long-term health and wellness. They serve 1,000+ individuals daily and focus on:

• Providing life-changing, high-quality services for individuals experiencing mental health conditions
• Conducting homeless outreach, diversion, and rapid re-housing
• Offering free public wellbeing workshops and events
• Advocating for mental health services and encouraging communities to do the same
