#31DaysofWellness - Raising Awareness and Funds in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month

In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, we have filled our May calendar with stories, activities, and workshops to raise awareness about the importance of caring for your mental health. This year, we are sharing how the art of storytelling can be a beneficial tool on ones journey toward wellness.

Each of us has a story to tell. For #31DaysofWellness we will share stories from our supporters, volunteers, staff, program participants, and community experts. We encourage you to join us in sharing your story by following along with the various activities and opportunities to join the discussion. Join us for our weekly workshops each #WriteOnWednesday. Hear from our dedicated donors on #FundraiserFridays. Learn about the work we do each #MHCMonday and check out our full calendar of virtual experiences below.

Be sure to follow us @MentalHealthCT on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram or connect with us on LinkedIn for daily updates during #31DaysofWellness.

This campaign would not be possible without the support of our generous sponsors, donors, and volunteers.
