On November 2, I'm running across the state of Connecticut with friends as a fundraiser for mental health awareness, specifically the organization Mental Health Connecticut. We will follow the Farmington Canal Rail Trail from West Suffield at the CT/MA border all the way to New Haven, touching the water about 57 miles later. This is our second year running this event.
