Hi all,

I wanted to do something good and make the world a better place. When I found out that 1 in 5 American adults are diagnosed with a mental health condition in a world where stigma and discrimination are obstacles to individuals accessing the care and support they need - I knew I had to help.

That's why I created a fundraiser to support Mental Health Connecticut (MHC) for the month of May. Their #31DaysofWellness campaign is not only recognizing May at Mental Health Awareness Month, but is sharing important resources, information, and stories from across the state to help make an impact in our communities —and you can be a part of it.
