Join us for the Keep the Promise 20th Anniversary Art Exhibit, March 16-31, 2019. This exhibit will spotlight 20 years of successful advocacy through paintings, photography, drawings, poetry, stories, and more! The work will be on display to Legislators and the public on the Lower Concourse South Wall during this time in honor of Mental Health Month.

Artists from MHC’s Mending Art program are participating in Keep the Promise’s 20th Anniversary Exhibit. Each artist has created a piece of art that expresses how Keep the Promise has been an integral part of their lives and recovery. The artists have each worked in their unique art forms to share their visual stories with Legislators and Visitors. Along with submitting art to KTP’s exhibit, Mending Art has assisted with framing works of art submitted to the exhibit from throughout the state as well as helping to hang the exhibit!

Mental Health Connecticut is a sponsor of the exhibit and will be co-hosting a reception for this exhibit on May 23 from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. Light refreshments will be provided. Please join us by registering for this FREE event.
